Our Free Mental Health Services
- On-Site Counseling Services
We provide confidential on-site counseling services to support students experiencing emotional, academic, or adjustment challenges. Students can book appointments directly with us (help@oshio.ca). - Wellness Workshops and Seminars
We regularly organize workshops and seminars covering topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, coping strategies, and self-care practices to promote mental resilience and well-being. - Referrals to Professional Counselors
For students requiring additional or specialized mental health support, we offer referrals to licensed external counselors and psychologists in the local community. - Mental Health Resources
Students have access to a range of self-help materials, community mental health resources, and crisis support information.
Confidentiality
All mental health services provided by Royal Pacific Institute are strictly confidential.
Personal information shared during counseling sessions will not be disclosed without the student’s explicit consent, except in situations where disclosure is required by law for safety reasons.
